Founder & Event Director at Ride The Trafalgar Way

About Me

I'm the Founder and Event Director of Ride the Trafalgar Way, which is probably the most historic cycling sportive route in the UK.

Starting in Falmouth the route closely follows that taken by Lieutenant John Richards Lapenotiere in 1805, when he rode post -chaise to the Admiralty, in London, with dispatches about the British victory at the Battle of Trafalgar and the death of Lord Nelson.

Taking place 14th - 15th July 2018 the route is broken into 8 different route choices, ranging from 50 miles to 311 miles (500km), all taking place within the same 24 hours. For more information visit here

Outside of Ride the Trafalgar Way I'm a leading consultant in the major mass participation and elite sporting events industry, with experience including:

2017-2018     Velo Birmingham - Route Manager

2017-2018     World Triathlon Series, Leeds - Field of Play Manager

2016 & 2018 School Games - Loughborough - Cycling Venue Operations Manager
